Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with menu choices and food recommendations

Take and accurately process customer orders

Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously

Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including setting and clearing tables

Ensure guests’ needs are met and address any concerns or special requests

Follow all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service

Requirements:

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor

Physical stamina for standing, walking, and carrying trays for extended periods

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
