Executive / Sr. Supervisor Server, Network and IT Security Administration, Mandatory Qualification: Candidate must have B.E. / B. Tech / B.Sc. / Diploma – Computer Science with MCITP, CCNA, CEH, FortiGate, and ITIL Certifications.

Mandatory Minimum Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a reputed organization.

Job Responsibility: To manage endpoints and backend – servers, switching, UTM, WAF, EDR, managed anti-virus, email & business collaborative applications, managed wireless network, storage, Data, Voice, Wireless and CCTV infrastructure, exploring new and innovative IT-enabled platforms, IT Security, application servers and simulation software.

Good Team Player by working closely with the team to fix reported issues.

Skill Sets / Hand-on Experience Required:

Ø The end-to-end administration, troubleshooting, and proactive support for the windows domain-based infrastructure and resources independently to provide uninterrupted IT-enabled services.

Ø The end-to-end administration, troubleshooting, and proactive support for Data, Voice Wireless & CCTV Network – Switching, VLAN, Routing and managed controller.

Ø Routine Administration and troubleshooting of Data Center, Perimeter, and Web Application Firewalls to provide secure IT-enabled infrastructure.

Ø Administration and troubleshooting of application servers.

Ø Email & Business Collaborative Applications – Google Apps or Office 365.

Ø DC, DNS, DHCP, DFS, GPO, Printer Server, virtualization (Hyper – V), Server Hardening, patch updates, and troubleshooting of the Systems.

Ø Assessing Stability, Security, and Scalability of Network & Windows based IT Infrastructure for better performance and security.

Ø Root Cause Analysis of the issues under ITIL framework.

Ø Endpoint security – EDR, Anti-Virus.

Ø Backup and Restore service by tools as per business continuity plan (BCP) / DR Plan.
