Role Overview
You will assist passengers throughout their travel journey, handling check-in, boarding, inquiries, and service support while ensuring a smooth, professional airport experience aligned with Kuwait Airways’ service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet passengers and assist with check-in procedures.
Provide accurate flight, ticketing, and travel information.
Manage passenger issues, special requests, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with ground staff, security, and flight operations teams.
Ensure compliance with airline procedures, safety rules, and documentation standards.
Assist passengers requiring special support or mobility assistance.
Manage boarding gates, announcements, and passenger flow.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
Customer service experience, preferably in aviation or hospitality.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
Desired Requirements
Airline or airport operations experience.
Knowledge of GDS or airline check-in systems.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in fast-paced service environments.
