Content Marketing Specialist & Admin Assistant

You’ll work closely with a graphics and video editor to produce impactful materials that amplify our LinkedIn marketing strategy while also managing content for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead-Focused Content Creation: Create persuasive, lead-focused written content for social media posts, captions, blogs, and other marketing materials, with the support of GPT tools. Collaborate with a graphics and video editor to bring your content to life with visually engaging elements.
Social Media Strategy Execution: Implement our LinkedIn marketing strategy to increase engagement and generate qualified leads. Oversee content scheduling and publishing across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
Audience Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and drive conversations to build relationships and convert leads.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve lead generation efforts.
Administrative Support: Organize and streamline marketing schedules, coordinate with departments for approvals, and manage administrative support for marketing activities.
Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with strategists and creative teams to align content with overall marketing and sales goals.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or social media management role. Proven success in lead generation through content and social media strategies.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a focus on persuasive and results-oriented content.
Proficient in leveraging AI tools (e.g., GPT) for efficient and creative content development.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
