As a Business Development Manager, you will develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Deliver clear and persuasive presentations, negotiate effectively, and maintain accurate records of all business development activities. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels to drive revenue growth.
Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.
Targeted Qualifications
Fluency in English Language, C1/C2 level or Higher.
Team Player with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work under pressure and meet pressing deadlines.
Min. 1 year in a similar role.
Solid understanding of industry-specific products and services, enabling meaningful client engagement and solution delivery.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment.
The ability to travel is a must.
