Bell Boy (5 Star Hotel)

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bell Boy to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure

Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities

Assist guests with transportation requests and other concierge services

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front areas

Help with deliveries, messages, and other guest services as needed

Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude

Physically able to lift heavy luggage and stand for long periods

Knowledge of hotel facilities and the local area is a plus
