We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy access.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and company events, coordinating logistics as needed.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Track and manage office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Handle data entry, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
